Refund Policy
Straightforward refund terms for one-time purchases and subscriptions alike. If you are on a subscription, you can always cancel and keep access until the end of your billing period.
Lifetime Purchase
No refundsOne-time purchase, final and non-refundable from the moment payment succeeds. Access is granted immediately, which is what the payment covers.
Monthly Plans
No refundsCharges are final and non-refundable, including the current billing cycle. Cancel any time to stop future charges - you keep access until the period ends.
Annual Plans
30-day windowFull refund within 30 days of purchase. After that, no refunds, but you keep access for the rest of the year.
AI Credits
Unused onlyCredit packs are refundable within 14 days only if entirely unused. Once any credit is spent, the pack is non-refundable.
Cancellation
Always allowedCancel any subscription from your dashboard. You keep full access until your billing cycle ends.
Refund Window
Lifetime purchases and monthly plans are final and non-refundable from the moment a charge succeeds. This applies to the full amount, including the current billing cycle on a monthly plan - there is no window to request money back. Annual plans keep a 30-day refund window, and AI credit packs remain refundable within 14 days while entirely unused; see below.
You can still cancel a monthly plan at any time to stop future charges - see Cancellation below. Cancelling does not refund the period already paid for, and you keep access until it ends.
Lifetime Purchases & AI Credits
A lifetime purchase is a single payment rather than a subscription, so there is no billing cycle to cancel - and no refund window either. It is final the moment payment succeeds.
- Lifetime means the operational lifetime of the product, not of the purchaser. See our Terms for the full definition.
- AI features are not part of a lifetime purchase and are sold separately as credit packs.
- Credit packs follow their own, separate policy: refundable within 14 days only if no credit in the pack has been spent.
- Once any credit is used, that pack is non-refundable, because the underlying processing cost has already been incurred.
Cancellation
Cancel any time from Dashboard → Settings → Manage Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- No cancellation fees, no penalty of any kind.
- Your account stays fully active with all paid features until the period ends.
- Your projects and rendered videos are preserved after cancellation.
- Once the period expires, your account reverts to the free plan.
How to Request a Refund
This applies to annual plans and unused AI credit packs only - lifetime purchases and monthly plans are non-refundable, as above. If you're within the eligible window, email us at:

Include the email address on your account and your purchase date.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Processing times may vary by bank.
